Setup Email Account In iPhone Or iPad Print

You can set up your iPhone or iPad to connect to your email by following the steps below.

1. From your home screen, open 'Settings'.
2. Open 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'.
3. Click 'Add Account'.
4. Select 'Other'.
5. Under the 'Mail' section, choose 'Add Mail Account'.
6. Fill in the information 'username, email address and password'.
7. Next step, choose 'IMAP'.
8. Under the 'Incoming Mail Server' section, enter your information: Host Name: mail.domain.co.za (replace domain with your domain name, eg: mail.ats-systems.co.za), enter username which is your full email address and password.
9. Under the 'Outgoing Mail Server' section, enter your information: Host Name: mail.domain.co.za (replace domain with your domain name, eg: mail.ats-systems.co.za), enter username which is your full email address and password.
10. Click 'Save'.
11. The iPhone will process your information depending on your network connection speed.
12. By default the iPhone will try to setup all connections with SSL enabled. If you do not use the correct SSL host name, you may receive an error.
