Setup Email Account In Gmail For Mobile Print

You can set up your phone to connect to your email via gmail app by following the steps below.

1. Open Gmail on your mobile device.
2. Tap 'Add Another Account'.
3. Select 'Other'.
4. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.
5. 'Account Type' select 'IMAP'.
6. Enter the email account password you created.
7. Gmail will try to connect.
8. Incoming Server Settings: Confirm username (full email address) and password. Enter 'Server': mail.domain.co.za (replace domain with your domain name, eg: mail.ats-systems.co.za), click 'Next'.
9. Outgoing Server Settings: Ensure 'Require Sign-In' is on. Confirm username (full email address) and password. Enter 'SMTP Server': mail.domain.co.za (replace domain with your domain name, eg: mail.ats-systems.co.za), click 'Next'.
10. 'Account Options' do not change anything, click 'Next'.
11. Your account is now set up and emails are on thier way, click 'Next'.
12. Enter account name which is your email address and a name displayed on sent messages, click 'Next'.
13. Email account added successfully in Gmail app.
